If you are a patient
First contact the Client, independent practitioner or organization that treated you and recorded your information. The Client is the Data Controller: it knows the clinical relationship, can verify your identity and decides how to handle your request.
Saitooth does not provide dental care, collect data directly from patients or confirm the existence of clinical records to third parties. It acts as Data Processor and can assist the Client using available technical means upon request.
If you are a Saitooth practitioner or user
Saitooth acts as Controller for your account, contact, billing and platform usage data. You can contact [email protected] and state the right you wish to exercise and describe your request.
Requests received by Saitooth
For requests concerning a clinical record, we may ask for minimal, reasonable information to verify identity and identify the responsible Client. We do not request national ID by default or disclose clinical data without adequate verification.
